Court database

All proceedings that are provided to or served on the chief executive of the department are available online through the Planning Act 2016 proceedings public register.

The public register is free to access, and contains the Court-issued appeal number, the parties involved in the proceeding and a copy of the documentation filed with the Court.

This database provides information about appeals and originating applications made:

• between 16 March 2008 and 7 December 2018
• from 8 December 2018 onwards.

There are other proceedings dealt with by the Planning and Environment Court that are not available through this public register and can instead be accessed via eCourts. eCourts can also be used to review the progress or outcome of any filed Planning Act 2016 related matters.
